Everything at a glance Pea protein strips
Looking for an alternative to meat? Tired of soy-based products? Try our new pea protein strips made from 100% yellow peas.
In order to create a firm but still soft texture, pea protein concentrate gets textured. That might sound like a wordplay, but it isn't. It is instead a very simple process: pea protein concentrate is made by grating and pressing yellow peas so that the fat content remains very low. Afterwards the fine powder is pressed into a strip-shaped mold.
You can prepare the pea protein strips however you like, either as meat substitute in your Bolognese and casserole or as yummy topping onto your salad.
Our tip: cook the strips in vegetable broth first and then roast them briefly in a pan so as to obtain a crunchy crust.

What is the KoRo price chart?
In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles. -
Why is the price fluctuating?
Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers. -
Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?
Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.

Again and again!
I'm glad!
I was so excited about the Schnetzel and have prepared me directly some. Soaked in vegetable broth, nicely fried and seasoned they taste even my all-eating heart man really good!

Since I do not tolerate soy, the pea protein shred is a great alternative. Clearly, own taste is hardly present, but neatly seasoned and fried - super tasty and I especially like the consistency. Clear recommendation.
Mild taste, better than soy cutlets
I have ordered this schnetzel several times.
I like that they do not have that aftertaste like soy cutlets. I think they taste relatively neutral, possibly a bit like dried peas.

Super alternative to soy shreds and non-vegan approved!
No unpleasant taste of its own, good texture
I season the soaking water well and then fry the schnitzels until they are crispy. So far we have eaten "Gyros" style and "Geschnetzeltes Zürcher Art", both were very tasty and tasted also occasional meat eaters.
Recommendation!

Tender cutlets, even milder in taste than those made from soya. I marinate them and then fry them in the wok with vegetables.
Delicious and quickly ready for further processing
Super tasty alternative. I pour boiling water over the schnitzels, let them stand until they are soft and then process them further. When fried, they taste very tasty. Sometimes I pluck the schnitzels apart a bit.
Super great protein source. Belongs to my absolute basics :) great with soy sauce, paprika powder or Greek spice.

Top alternative to soya
I ordered on recommendation and am happy that I have now found an alternative to the many tofu products & Co. The sliced meat has a tender consistency. I will recommend it to others and order more.
finally an alternative to soy!
softer than textured soy proteins, they soak well in marinade at three times their weight and can be cooked as well grilled as in a sauce, it's up to you to give them the taste you like and, with the size of the bag, you can feed a regiment!
Highly recommended.
Delicious! We like the pea schnitzel much better than soya schnitzel. They are totally tender and have no strange aftertaste.
I will definitely order them again.
It would be nice if there were other shapes. Like big steaks or something like that.
Super yummy! I like it very much!
I love it! I like it even better than the usual soy cutlets. You can fry it very well and eat it for example with Teriyaki sauce and rice as punch! I will order it again!
Genial lecker !
How delicious they are !!!! And so quickly prepared.
I marinated them in vegetable broth with soy sauce, liquid smoke and a few other spices, which I got hold of for about 15 minutes. Off with it into the pan ! Sooo good, very juicy and quick and easy to prepare.
They will certainly end up in my next order.

That's great. As recommended, I rehydrated them in vegan broth for 10 minutes. Then I browned them in a frying pan. A delight. Even my daughter, who is picky eaters, enjoyed it.
Super yummy !!!
Well, I have already tried soy schnitzel but they do not taste as delicious as these pea protein schnitzels.... As gyros nicely pickled with spices and a little oil and then fried with a delicious cabbage salad just delicious !!!!!! I can only recommend !!!!
Absolut lecker
Insanely delicious! I can hardly say more about it. Its consistency is very similar to soya schnitzel, but without the soya. Fried in oil, it tastes a bit like chicken in Asia. Really tasty!
Simply delicious!
