Everything at a glance Organic teff flour

The fine flour originates from Ethiopia, where it has been used since thousand of years. In the Ethiopian cuisine the grains - which are also grind into flour - are one of the essential ingredients of the daily diet. And that's no wonder at all since the flour is high in fibre and also a source of protein. Moreover, teff - also known as lovegrass - is naturally gluten-free. If these facts are still not enough to welcome our teff flour to your kitchen shelf, at least its versatile use and good baking properties might finally convince you.

In combination with added liquid our organic teff flour binds liquid just as well as gluten. Because of its mild, nutty and slightly sweetish flavour it is the perfect ingredient in sweet dishes such as cookies, waffles or pancakes. But also in savoury meals, like pizza dough or veggie patties, the flour performs well. How about some fragrant fresh baked bread made from teff flour?

What is the KoRo price chart?

In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles.
  • Price Change Icon

    Why is the price fluctuating?

Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers.
  • Communication Icon

Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?

Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.
