Everyone in Germany is already talking about them and now they are making their way to the UK. Soy granules is, like the name suggests, a soy based meat substitute. The soy bean is getting washed, peeled and afterwards grounded into flour. Afterwards the oil is pressed out of the flour, so the actual oil content is under 5%. Through extrusion the soy granules is getting its shape and form.
At first sight it may remind you of minced meat, but that's just your brain playing tricks with you, because it definitely is 100% soy. So go on, take your bolognese to the next level, spread them over your salad or muesli. There are really no limits for the usage of our soy granules. And make sure to try out the bigger form (soy slices) as well.

I have so far always bought the soy whipped in small packages. Since I like to use that is a large package well suited and at the same time cheaper. I love to make stuffed eggplant or bolognese with it.
An optimal substitute to animal products!
I replace me the shreds any form of minced or similar animal products. Even my partner (not vegan) does not taste the difference, because it is due to the spices.

As a vegetarian, I still love to eat spathetti bolognese - but only with soy sauce! :) The organic soy cutlets from Koro can be processed super, simply soak in a little soy sauce and hot water and in 5 minutes you can already use it for cooking. With other suppliers, I had to wait sometimes much longer (up to 30 min.), until it had the perfect consistency. For me, it replaces the mince in many dishes. It also doesn't have a strong flavor of its own and can be seasoned as desired. And I celebrate the bulk pack - because so you always have it at home.
