What is the KoRo price chart?

In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles.
  • Price Change Icon

    Why is the price fluctuating?

Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers.
  • Communication Icon

Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?

Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.

Questions about questions Organic partially de-oiled peanut flour 1 kg

FAQ-Bereich durchsuchen:

What are the nutritional values of peanut flour?

We are in love! Our organic peanut flour not only has a high fibre content (13 g/100 g) but is also high in protein, with 45 g protein per 100 g. Proteins contribute to an increase in muscle mass. No pantry should be without a powerhouse like this!

How many calories do 100 g of peanut flour have?

100 g of our organic peanut flour has 387 kcal.

What do I use peanut flour for?

Our organic peanut flour is a true kitchen all-rounder: whether savoury or sweet, our nut flour turns every recipe into a real taste highlight. Our absolute favourite: peanut pancakes. This is how we like to start our day! Do you like to take your portion of peanut with you to university or work? Then bake your very own chocolaty banana peanut cookies or whip up a protein roll. Have you acquired a taste for peanuts? Then check out our Food Journal, where we give you tips on how and where you can incorporate your peanut flour everywhere.

Is the peanut flour organic?

Of course, our peanut flour consists of 100% roasted peanuts from organic farming.

Is the peanut flour vegan?

YES! You won't find anything in your packaging except the flour made from roasted peanuts!

Is KoRo's peanut flour an alternative to conventional flour?

Of course, you can simply replace conventional flour 1:1 with our nut flour and give your recipes a nutty touch.

How do I store the peanut flour?

We recommend that you store your peanut flour in a cool, dark and dry place.

What is the shelf life of the partially de-oiled organic peanut flour?

Our partially de-oiled organic peanut flour has an unopened shelf life of 12 months after production. You will find the exact best-before date on your own pack.

Why should I use peanut flour instead of conventional flour?

Peanut flour has many advantages over wheat or spelt flour. For example, peanut flour is a real protein bomb (45 g/100 g). Therefore, peanut flour is super suitable for a protein-rich diet. The most important argument for us is definitely the taste. We like the nutty note that our peanut flour brings with it and thus makes an absolute highlight out of really every dish!

Does the peanut flour contain gluten?

No, peanuts are naturally gluten-free. However, cross-contamination with gluten may occur during the filling process, as our filler also processes foods containing gluten. If you want to be on the safe side, consult your doctor beforehand or use one of our other flour alternatives. How about our chickpea flour, for example?

What does part-oiled mean?

Nut flour is made by pressing nut oils. Therefore, the oil content in nut flour depends on the strength of the pressing. Partially de-oiled flour has a fat content of up to 13 g of oil per 100 g of flour. Since our peanut flour has 4.7 g fat per 100 g, it is a partially de-oiled nut flour.

If you like peanuts you will love this flour.

I love to bake with peanut flour cakes or bread and have tried different flours of this variety. I must say that the peanut flour from KoRo was the best so far both in taste and texture. The price is absolutely top.

Delicious, but not suitable as powdered peanut butter

The flour tastes delicious, but a little bitter in the aftertaste. I bought it as a PB2 replacement, but can not recommend it as an alternative. In itself, the flour is uniformly finely ground and can be mixed well with liquids.
