Preparing vegan burgers

As easy as it gets: to make the patties, simply add the contents to a bowl, mixing the soy mince with the spices. Then add 600 ml of cold water, mix well and let sit for about 20 minutes. Now shape your patties or meatballs, get the pan or grill hot and fry on low/medium heat for 8 minutes on each side!

Don't forget the toppings!

Of course you will want to add some burger buns, a sauce, pickles, onions or or crunchy fried onions, some slices of tomato and lettuce for a complete burger.
