Everything at a glance Organic thin-rolled oats 25 kg

Long been considered an important staple food, oats provide much more than just precious carbohydrates. To obtain all types of oat flakes (large oat flakes, thin-rolled oat flakes, or oatmeal), the whole kernel is processed, including its endosperm, outer layers, and seedling. Oats are very high-fibre The outer layers in particular contain a lot of fibre, and it is thanks to these layers that our organic thin-rolled oat flakes contain 11 grams of fibre per 100. Fibre contributes to normal bowel function. Particularly noteworthy is the beta-glucan contained in our flakes, which has a scientifically proven positive effect on the rise in blood sugar levels after meals and on cholesterol levels. The beta-glucan contained in our oatmeal has been shown to reduce the cholesterol level in the blood. High cholesterol is one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease. You need as little as 3 grams of beta-glucan obtained with rolled oats to help maintain your blood cholesterol levels normal

What is the KoRo price chart?

In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles.
  • Price Change Icon

    Why is the price fluctuating?

Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers.

Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?

Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.

Been cheaper.

The flakes themselves are good, I also buy flour in bulk from the well Rosenkranz. Unfortunately, the prices always fluctuate very extremely at it's just become over 20% more expensive at the beginning of the month...that's a shame. Now I buy it again somewhere else.

fine rolled oats in a good amount

The oatmeal is fine oatmeal and this means the very fine variety. Partly it is slightly powdery, which is not a problem for me, because I use the oatmeal for my morning porridge.
The packaging is basically good. It's made of paper on the outside, and there's some sort of plastic bag on the inside, so the oatmeal wouldn't get wet. The ends also hold together tightly, so basically you don't have to worry about the bag opening up in transit there. Only opening the bag has proven to be a bit of a challenge.
I think it's great that oatmeal is now available in bulk and the price advantage is definitely there. The only thing is that 25kg is quite a lot. It's not only a challenge for the parcel carrier, but also for most people to carry the oatmeal. But if they are stowed, that is also no longer bad.

I am fully satisfied with the quality of the oatmeal, only I had expected at "small leaf oatmeal" not so fine oatmeal, as well as the quantity and packaging could be slightly improved.
