What is the KoRo price chart?

In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles.
  • Price Change Icon

    Why is the price fluctuating?

Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers.
  • Communication Icon

Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?

Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.

Finally soft and mild lupins

We have been enjoying lupins as a snack or in salads for years, as is the custom in Mediterranean cuisine. We have cooked dried lupins ourselves for hours after soaking forever, brought from Portugal in vacuum bags or bought from the Italian wholesaler. If you know how to use and prepare them : a delight and a very, very healthy, high protein SOYA substitute! But the "problem" with lupins is either their slight bitterness or their hardness, which leaves a certain graininess even when chewed or pureed. However, the Product Scouts at KORO have managed to find incredibly soft and almost creamy lupins with no bitter aftertaste. BIO to boot! We are super happy that this standard ingredient in our vegan life has received such a great upgrade!

I've never had pure lupine before.

I have never eaten lupines pure before and put them out of curiosity. Personally, the lupines are a little too sweet. But I think that is purely a matter of taste. If you find chickpeas too nutty, you might love lupins.

Very tasty, just glass on and

Very tasty, just glass on and off you go. And the best, there is no additional sugar, thanks to the salt water. I therefore save me then also in the further course of cooking the salt.

Okay, but not mine.

The quality is certainly good. But my case they were not so. I have tried some at a friend, which have tasted good to me.

Great alternative to chickpeas

Perfect substitute for chickpeas! Tastes super delicious in a salad or as a vegetable in a soup. As lupine hummus and just everywhere.
