Passt das Artischockenpesto nur zu Nudeln?

Nein, unser Artischockenpesto passt nicht nur zu Nudeln! Nudeln mit Pesto gehören zwar zu den Klassikern, wenn es schnell gehen muss, unser Artischockenpesto bietet aber auch zahlreiche weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeiten, die schnell zubereitet sind. Genau richtig für den Feierabend. Unser Bio-Pesto kann außerdem zur Verfeinerung von Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch verwendet werden. Und auch als Brotaufstrich oder Dip kannst Du unser Pesto genießen.

Was ist das Besondere am Artischockenpesto von KoRo?

Unser Pesto enthält einen hohen Anteil an Artischocken (68,5 %). Zusätzlich verwenden wir Basilikum, Parmigiano Reggiano, natives Olivenöl extra und weitere Zutaten, um den Geschmack abzurunden. Alle Zutaten, die wir für unser Artischockenpesto verwenden, stammen aus biologischer Landwirtschaft.

Welche Rezepte mit Artischockenpesto gibt es?

Soll es einfach und schnell gehen, probier doch mal Crostini mit Pesto: Röste hierfür ein paar Scheiben Baguette im Backofen, verteile anschließend unser Artischockenpesto auf dem Brot und garniere alles mit frischen Tomaten, Kräutern, Gewürzen und Parmesan. Ein wenig mehr Aufwand erfordert die Zubereitung eines Pesto-Hähnchenbrustfilets aus dem Backofen: Bestreiche hierfür Hähnchenbrustfilets oder eine Fleischalternative Deiner Wahl mit unserem Artischockenpesto und verteile Tomaten, Knoblauch, Mozzarella und etwas Olivenöl darüber. Danach einfach bei 180 Grad für 30 Minuten in den Backofen – fertig ist das Pesto-Hähnchen. Und für fleischlosen Genuss bieten sich außerdem Gemüsespieße mit Pesto an: Hierfür zum Beispiel Paprika, Zucchini, Cherrytomaten und Pilze auf Spieße stecken. Diese großzügig mit unserem Artischockenpesto bestreichen und grillen, bis das Gemüse weich und leicht gebräunt ist. Lass es Dir schmecken!
