Leeks rarely take center stage in a recipe, but that's about to change! With this recipe, leeks go from sidekick to kitchen star!

200 g Feta, vegetable or animal
0 Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 Prise Thymian
1 Prise Chili
1 Prise Salt
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
4 tbsp. White wine
2 tbsp. vegan honey alternative
2 Stangen Leek
2 Shallots

    Cut off approx. 5-10 cm of the dark top green of the leek. Cut the leeks in half and wash all the layers thoroughly. Halve the shallots and cut them into fine half rings.

    First fry the shallots in olive oil, put them to one side and then fry the leek on both sides so that it is lightly charred.

    Mix all the liquid ingredients in a pan and place the leek halves and fried shallots in the marinade. Pour water into the pan so that all the ingredients are covered with liquid. Bring the liquid to the boil and leave everything to simmer until the liquid has reduced and a sauce has formed.
