Everyone likes muffins, the small pastries are easy to make and practical. This version combines sweet banana, juicy blueberries and peanut. The result is fluffy, fruity banana muffins. They are a good change from the standard breakfast, great snack or dessert. Have fun baking them!

2 UNIT Bananas
2 tbsp. Peanut flour
1 tbsp. Flaxseed
1 Tsp. Baking powder
150 g Whole spelt flour
1 Prise Salt
50 ml Maple syrup
3 tbsp. Water
125 g Blueberries

    First you should mix the flax seeds with the water (egg substitute).

  • Step 2/6

    You can then mix the dry ingredients together.

  • Step 3/6

    Just mash the bananas and mix with the maple syrup and flax seeds (egg substitute).

  • Step 4/6

    Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries.

  • Step 5/6

    Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

    Let muffins cool and enjoy.
