Coated in tender milk chocolate and refined with a touch of cinnamon, our crispy rice snacks are made of rice flour mixed together with sugar and malt extract. After adding some water, the mixture is boiled and extruded – a procedure that sounds more complicated than it actually is: under pressure, the rice mixture is pressed into the fitting round shape, then coated with delicate milk chocolate and powdered with cinnamon, thus becoming the ultimate Christmassy snack.
