Like soy mince, but with no need for soaking
Don't get us wrong. We love our classic soy chunks. In vegan bolognese and chili sin carne, the structure-giving soy granules are irreplaceable. But there are times where we are simply too hungry to wait for our beloved soy pieces to soak for twenty minutes. We needed a ready-to-eat alternative ad we have found one: our new marinated soy strips! They are ready to eat just like many conventional meat alternatives, but we went one step further: our meat alternative has a long shelf life and does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Available in chicken, shawarma and Mexican varieties, the vegan cutlets with a spicy note enrich quick salads, as well as Arabic flatbreads, Indian curries and fancy self-made burgers. There are no limits to your creativity: whether you want to use it as a freestyle ingredient or as a meat substitute for the vegetarian version of your favourite meal - our vegan strips are ready for you to eat at any time.
Making your own vegan chicken tikka masala
There is no one original recipe for chicken tikka masala (CTM for short). Rather, the dish thrives on slight variations, which are reflected in the various myths surrounding its origin story. According to the most popular legend, CTM originated in London when an English guest in an Indian restaurant asked for sauce to go with his traditional chicken tikka (grilled, marinated chicken pieces). The landlord is said to have added Indian spices to a can of tomato soup. What may seem rather bland became a hit, and rightly so, and because of its simplicity can be wonderfully recreated at home. Our vegan chicken pieces are already the perfect size. Make a marinade with vegetable yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala and salt and marinate the fake meat for at least 20 minutes (overnight is better). Then fry the cut meat in a pan and cook it with onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin and strained tomatoes. Finally, stir in vegan cream, season with chili and serve with rice or naan bread. Bon appétit!

Idea good - taste rather less
After ordering from Koro a few times and always being very satisfied, I ordered this vegan "chicken". I was hoping it would taste as good as the other "chicken" - or "chicken style" - inspired products on sale. Unfortunately, despite various preparations (e.g. as gyros or as a normal cutlet with sauce), I liked the taste and consistency rather less. I will therefore not repurchase it.
Yummy
Very tasty in the vegan paprika stew
Again and again!!!
Really tasty. More can not and need not be said.

Ein geniales Allround-Talent
The "Chicken Style" Geschnetzelte can be prepared so delicious and is incredibly flexible, because you can season it yourself! I ordered it now for the second time, the portion is enough for us for 2 people times 2 dishes, if it is not only the side dish. So far I've made it in an udon noodle skillet with orange teriyaki sauce and as a classic bell bell pepper "stir fry" with rice and yogurt sauce, which definitely passes for a gyros dish - both super tasty! Gives full 5 stars from me for such a flexible product!
Vegan Caesar salad
Finally vegan Caesar salad with decent "meat" again
Super alternative when you need tofu variety :)
The vegan cutlet looks deceptively real! In our Udon noodle pan with orange teriyaki sauce it makes super good! The sauce really soaks in and gives the meat substitute the right flavor. And it has the right bite and is filling well! Pure, it has a stronger, vegetable flavor of its own, but that can be easily masked with spices. It tasted super good, we'd love to have it again. Especially if you like a varied cuisine a good tofu substitute ;) I can only recommend
