
Ingredients
- Soy medallions: 50 g
- Soy yogurt: 60 g
- Protein chips peppers (or sugar-free cornflakes): 20 g
- chicken seasoning: 1 tbsp
- vegetable broth: 1 tsp
- boiling water: 400 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Put medallions in a bowl, pour hot water and vegetable broth over them. Put a plate on it and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, crush the chips and put the yogurt in a shallow bowl. Spread the chips on a plate.
Step 3
Drain medallions, squeeze lightly and season with chicken seasoning.
Step 4
Then roll first in the yogurt and then in the chips.
Step 5
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for 40 minutes until crispy. Turn over in the meantime.
