
Ingredients
- Coconut oil: 2 tbsp
- peanut butter: 3 tbsp.
- ground almonds: 4 tbsp.
- coconut blossom sugar: 1 tbsp.
- Agave syrup: 1 tbsp.
- Tender oat flakes: 5 tbsp.
- Dark chocolate chips: 2 tbsp.
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the coke oil in a saucepan over clinical heat. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and stir in the peanut butter.
Step 2
Stir in all the other ingredients and place the pot in the refrigerator until the mixture has set (at least half an hour).
Step 3
Form small balls (this must be done quickly, otherwise the mixture will melt) and then store the balls in the refrigerator.
