Tropical tarte flambée

Creative spread cuisine: We conjure up an exotic tarte flambée with KoRo's mango-curry spread!

For the dough
  • Flour: 250 g
  • salt: 1 pinch(s)
  • lukewarm water: 125 ml
  • olive oil: 2 tbsp.



Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and knead into a smooth dough.

Step 2

Brush the finished dough with a little olive oil and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Pit and slice peaches, peel carrots and cut into thin strips & thinly slice spring onions.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 250 degrees (convection).

Step 5

Sprinkle flour on work surface and roll out dough thinly.

Step 6

Spread mango curry spread on the dough patty with half a centimeter distance from the edge.

Step 7

Spread lime zest, salt, carrots, peaches, spring onions & coconut chips evenly on top of the pancake.

Step 8

Place the tarte flambée in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.

Step 9

Remove the tarte flambée from the oven, decorate with herbs and eat warm.
