- Peanut butter: 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa: 20 g
- Chocolate protein powder: 10 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- frozen banana: 1 piece
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until homogeneous.
Step 2
Then top with berries, puffed quinoa/buckwheat/amaranth, soy crispies, hemp seeds, cacao nibs or similar and enjoy.
