- dried pineapple: 50 g
- hot water : 3 tbsp
- cashew nuts: 30 g
- coconut flakes or coconut chips: 30 g
- coconut oil: 1 tbsp.
- vanilla: 0.5 pinch
- cocoa butter: 10 g
- Tahini: 1 tsp.
- Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp.
- maple syrup: 0.5 tsp.
Pour the hot water over the pineapple and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Finely grind cashews and coconut flakes in a blitz chopper until sticky crumbs form. Add pineapple, vanilla and coconut oil and continue to blend finely.
Form the mixture into a rectangular block on baking paper and wrap in the refrigerator to set, or cut into bars first and then refrigerate.
For the chocolate drizzle, melt the cocoa butter, add the tahini and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well until no lumps are visible and then drizzle over the frozen mixture with a spoon.
