Ingredients for 1 person:
- 80g fine rolled oats
- 200ml vegetable milk
- 200ml water
- 1 pinch of crystal salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 lightly heaped tbsp Koro peanut butter
Toppings:
- 1 banana
- A few pomegranate seeds
- A few berries
- Muesli
- 1 tsp Koro peanut butter
Preparation
Soak the oatmeal in the water for 15 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, decorate with the toppings and enjoy.
