Nectarine Coconut Smoothie



  • 200g frozen berries
  • 200ml coconut water
  • juice of one lime
  • one ripe banana
  • one nectarine
  • 3 dates


Put everything in a blender and mix until there are no pieces left. If necessary, add a little water - and you're done!
