- ½ tsp matcha
- 60 ml water
- ½ tsp hazelnut puree
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- Bring the water to a boil. Then pour the hot water into a heat-stable glass, allow to cool briefly and stir in the matcha powder.
- Heat 50 ml of milk (of the total 200 ml) in a saucepan while stirring. Stir in the hazelnut puree and the agave syrup.
- Add the hazelnut milk to the matcha mixture.
- Froth the remaining milk in a milk frother and pour into the glass. Finally, serve.
