
Ingredients
- Basmati rice: 50 g
- Cottage cheese: 50 g
- Protein powder: 25 g
- Guar gum: 3 g
- Water: 250 g
- Sweetener (e.g. agave syrup): 1 tbsp.
- blueberries: 15 g
Preparation
Step 1
Bring rice and water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Mix curd, protein powder, gua gum, add to the pot and heat again for 2 minutes. But do not boil!
Step 4
Sweeten, then serve with the berries.
