
Ingredients
- Wholemeal flour: 100 g
- Egg: 1 piece
- Low fat quark: 50 g
- Erythritol / coconut blossom sugar: 50 g
- milk (1.5%): 80 ml
- baking powder: 1.5 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- Cinnamon: 1 pinch
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
Step 2
Preheat the waffle iron and bake them one by one.
Step 3
There is no need to use oil in my waffle iron. If needed, use a pastry brush to apply a little oil.
Step 4
For delicious toppings, you can use cinnamon, 4 plums or an apple, 10g hazelnut puree and 250g low-fat curd (mixed with water and sweetener).
