
Ingredients
- Banana (ripe): 1 piece
- oatmeal: 50 g
- chopped almonds: 50 g
- cranberry powder from freeze-dried cranberries: 10 g
- dried cranberries: 50 g
- salt: 1 pinch
- sweetener: to taste and choice
Preparation
Step 1
Mash the banana, pulverize the freeze-dried cranberries and chop the almonds. Mix all the ingredients, preferably with a fork, so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. In the meantime, use a spoon to form the mixture into cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press down a little.
Step 3
Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes. The cookies will keep for a long time in a closed tin.
