Today we have something typically American! The "crumble" is a typical English-American dessert. In this case, fruits are baked with old-fashioned butter crumbles. A perfect combination of cake and fresh fruit for the afternoon. Because everyone likes crumbles, you can also prepare this snack for your guests. They will certainly be delighted with it. Ingredients (2 servings):


To begin with, preheat the oven to 180°C convection. Then you should put the cherries in a pan with water and lemon juice and heat them on low heat until they become soft and release their juice. Then you can add the cornmeal, mix well and let it simmer for a few more minutes. In a small bowl, mix together rolled oats, buckwheat flour, coconut chips, cinnamon and almonds. Then just add coconut oil and agave syrup and mix well again. Divide the warmed cherries between 2 ramekins and fill each with half of the oatmeal mix. Put the ramekins in the oven and after about 10 minutes the crumble tartes are ready.
