What is the KoRo price chart?
In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles. -
Why is the price fluctuating?
Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers. -
Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?
Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.

Organic vegan mayonnaise - a look behind the scenes

In große Gläser abgefüllt
Questions about questions Organic vegan mayonnaise
How can I make vegan mayonnaise myself?
It is pretty easy to make vegan mayonnaise at home. Just put in your kitchen blender 100 ml of unsweetened soy milk, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of vinegar, plus some salt and pepper. At low power, slowly add 200 ml of colza oil, and once the oil is mixed in, increase the speed. At the highest speed, the mayo should reach its texture; if it turns out a bit too thick, add a bit of soy milk to it. As you can see, the recipe for vegan mayo is quite easy. But, should your experiment fail, should your mayo not come out right, we offer you a delicious, organic, and stress-free option that tastes as good as homemade.
How many calories does this vegan mayonnaise have?
If you enjoy mayo in your salad dressing, but do not want the calorie-shock, vegan mayonnaise is definitely a better option than the regular one. Of course, mayo is no low-calorie food, but the difference between a mayonnaise with and without eggs is unequivocal: while our vegan mayonnaise has about 470 calories per 100 ml, regular mayo can have more than 700 calories per 100 ml.
How do I store vegan mayonnaise?
Before getting our convenient 6-pack, you might want to see how well our mayonnaise keeps. If stored in a cool and dark place, away from heat sources and unopened, our vegan mayo keeps for up to six months. Once you have opened it, the vegan mayonnaise should be stored in the fridge and eaten rather quickly. But no worries! Our mayo is so delicious, that it will be gone before you know it.
Can mayonnaise be consumed during pregnancy?
Normally, women are advised against consuming mayonnaise during their pregnancy, as it contains fresh eggs - which should not be eaten during the pregnancy due to salmonella risk. But, as our organic mayonnaise is completely plant-based, and therefore contains no eggs, pregnant women can eat it with no second-thoughts.
