By adding olives and tomatoes before maturing, our tofu has a pleasantly spicy flavour of its own, unlike many other types of tofu. However, if you want to intensify the flavour, you can marinate the tofu with fresh chilli oil and garlic - a flavour explosion guaranteed!
Our Mediterranean organic tofu olive can be prepared in many ways: Whether fried and sprinkled over a salad, for that special something in a creamy lasagne or chopped into small pieces in a Bolognese sauce - you can do much more with tofu than you previously thought.

The best known types of tofu are silken tofu, natural tofu and smoked tofu. Silken tofu is particularly soft and smooth. Therefore, it is super suitable for vegan desserts. Natural tofu is firmer and has small holes. It can be easily cut or crumbled and is therefore well suited for hearty dishes. Smoked tofu is smoky and spicy. An ideal alternative when time is short: marinate tofu yourself. It goes great with stir-fries and stews as a meat substitute.
Cut the tofu into slices or cubes and fry with plenty of oil for about 3 minutes on all sides. Juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Very tasty

10 stars worth 😃 really very tasty Crumbles strongly, which is ok for me, looks almost like minced meat in the pan (just so you can imagine the consistency approximately, do not compare the product with minced meat!)

J'adore les olives sont bien présentes, belle qualité excellent goût!

Un peu friable peut-être du coup pas évident à travailler, mais vraiment vraiment bon!! et c'est bio donc c'est parfait!

After trying all the varieties of tofu.

After trying all kinds of tofu, this is my favorite. The consistency is not too stiff and not too soft, it is easy to cut with a knife and can also be pureed.
