The perfect ingredient for your creations

 Vegetarians and vegans are often looking for new and different alternatives to meat, which at the same time can offer a comparably intense taste experience. Thanks to the fresh and tasty combination of tomatoes and olives with which it is refined, our tofu has a pleasantly characteristic flavour unlike many other tofu varieties available on the market. For those who like it even more intense, the tofu can be marinated in chili-oil and garlic for a guaranteed flavour explosion! Our mediterranean tofu can be prepared in various ways. Fry it with hot sauce, sprinkle on a salad; make it the special element in a lasagna or chop it up for a tofu bolognese - the possibilities are endless. It can also be made into a vegan patty, so you can also enjoy a burger on the next barbecue session. Do you like to try out new things in the kitchen? Try to make tofu scrambled eggs! Using tofu for this vegan alternative provides almost the same texture and flavour as eggs would. Add a pinch of Kala-Namal salt and you are good to go!
