The socas flakes are the bodybuilder in the flake family; if the flake would be human, its name would definitely be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Really high in protein, they will make you start your day with an extra energy kick and keep you satisfied for longer, thanks to their high fibre content. Socas are actually normal soy flakes whose oil has extracted; through this procedure, the protein content grows from 40 % to an unbelievable 52 %.

Sind die Socas-Flocken vegan?

Und wie! 100 % Soja-Flocken – that’s it. Die Flöckchen sind rein pflanzlich und eignen sich daher auch wunderbar für eine vegetarische oder vegane Ernährungsweise.

Eignen sich die Sojaflocken gut zum Abnehmen?

Was ist das Besondere an Socas-Flocken?

Socas-Flocken können in der Ernährung von Sportler:innen definitiv einen Platz finden, da sie einen hohen Protein- und Ballaststoffgehalt haben. Enthalten die Socas-Flocken Gluten?

Prinzipiell ist Soja von Natur aus frei von Gluten. Solltest Du an einer Glutenunverträglichkeit oder Zöliakie leiden, raten wir Dir von dem Verzehr ab.
