To make sure they also taste great, we spent a long time researching the best recipe. To ensure that they are firm to the bite and not floury after cooking, the lentils are ground very finely and mixed with linseed flour. The flour is then extruded, where it is pressed into the right shape under pressure and dried. High temperatures are avoided so that no nutrients are lost through heat.

Our red lentils come from Turkey, and are, most of the times, peeled brown mountain lentils. With a width of 3 to 4 mm, they have a warm colour that can go from pink to orange and bright red. Their taste is sweet and delicate.

Make extremely full and taste great!

My absolute favorite alternative to gluten-containing pasta. I myself have no gluten intolerance, but do without gluten as far as possible. I like the lentil noodles because they are much tastier than eg wheat noodles and they keep you full much longer :)

Impressively "normal"

I can only eat two grains, neither of which are used to make pasta, so have been buying various brands of lentil/bean/pea pasta. This is the only one I have had which actually comes anywhere near the real thing in taste, texture OR looks (bonus) let alone all three together.

Great consistency with lots of protein

Great substitute to wheat pasta with lots of protein! No weird consistency and also no crunch when biting on it (as with other brands). Would buy it again and again (2 kg but are already quite a lot)
