When you think of raw food, the first things that come to mind are probably carrot and celery sticks, or your hippie uncle who has been a raw diet for five years and stares at you with disgust simply for eating chips. But raw food can be delicious: introducing our fruity raw raspberry bars!

Mixed, not baked

Our raw bars are not baked in the oven. The ingredients are simply mixed together and shaped into bars, meaning the ingredients are never heated throughout the process. The result: a bar that brings you power for your everyday life. Thanks to the high-quality organic ingredients, our Raw Bar tastes so intense and deliciously sweet that you won't be able to get enough of it. At least that's what happened here at KoRo since we first tasted the raw bars. Because we want you to be part of our raw food bar fan club, we offer our bars in three different flavours: along with our organic raspberry raw bar, we also offer a chocolaty vegan cocoa raw bar and we have an organic cashew raw bar in our selection for all the nut lovers out there. Bars with no added sugar

Muesli bars are perfect as a small snack for any time of the day: after a workout, at work or for that little bit of power while shopping. However, the conventional bars from the supermarket are usually packed with chocolate, refined sugar and preservatives. With us, on the other hand, you know what you're getting. No endless ingredient lists, just five ingredients - all completely vegan and organic. Our raw food bars don't need any added sugar, but are heavenly sweet thanks to high-quality dates. No artificial raspberry flavouring, but fruit powder made from 100% freeze-dried raspberries and no heavily processed extras, but pure chia seeds. So simple, so good.

What makes our organic raspberry raw bars special

Unlike other muesli bars, our fruit bar does not contain oats. Since we don't use honey to sweeten it, our raspberry raw bars are completely vegan. Is your mouth already watering? Then order a whole box of our organic raw bars with raspberry right away. Maybe you'll have one or two bars left over for your flatmates - or for that uncle on a raw food diet.

What is the shelf life of the Raspberry Raw Bars?

Our organic raw food bars raspberry have a shelf life of about twelve months from production.

What are Raw Bars?

Raw Bars are bars made exclusively from raw ingredients. Raw bars are therefore made without the use of heat and are not baked. What many appreciate about a raw food diet is that the food retains its natural nutrients. Frying, baking and cooking otherwise often results in the loss of fiber, vitamins or minerals.

How can I make fruit bars and granola bars myself?

Once you've nibbled your way across the Bar World of KoRo and now want to get creative yourself - then take a look at our Food Journal. There we collect all our favorite recipes. The advantage of making your own granola bars is that you can freely choose the ingredients. No more disappointment when you have hoped for Cocoa nibs hoped for and find none. You can simply replace the honey in some recipes with Agave syrup or Coconut Blossom Syrup in some recipes. The result: a vegan granola bar of the extra class! You want a little more protein in your bar? Then add some Protein powder and consume your bar after sports. Let your creativity run wild!
