No, normally peanuts are naturally gluten-free. However, cross-contamination with gluten may occur during the filling process, as our filler also processes foods containing gluten. food that can not miss in the pantry

I love this flour, as well as the almond flour! They are de-oiled flours, which are super useful on low carb days (which I adopt when I'm not working out). They are also very useful because they tend to absorb more liquid and allow you to have really satisfying breakfasts/snacks with few ingredients! With this I often prepare the cream (ratio 1:2 with water) with a pinch of salt and it seems almost a peanut butter.
