Flaxseed flour from brown leinseed
Our flax flour is the perfect alternative to conventional flours: super versatile and rich in extras, it is actually a real protein bomb and, also thanks to its high fibre content, almost unbeatable! In addition, our brown flaxseed flour is naturally gluten-free – nice, isn't it? Moreover, flaxseed flour is in no way inferior to wheat flour when it comes to cooking or baking!
Brown vs. golden flax seeds
Now you are probably wondering about the difference between the two flax seeds, right? More often available in stores and supermarkets, brown flaxseeds are a more common ingredient; the golden variety is in fact a separate breed. The biggest difference between the two is obvious: the colour. But their taste is not exactly the same either, as golden seeds and golden flaxseed flour taste slightly milder than their brown counterparts, which result in a nuttier, more intense tasting powder. However, what both have in common is a high swelling capacity! Both flours absorb a lot of water and swell a lot. Therefore, you should make sure you have enough liquid during preparation; the best thing to do is to let your dough stand for a minute longer and wait to see if any more water is needed.
Must-try recipes
You want to add more protein to your diet, or you are just about to start a low-carb diet? Easy! What about a crispy flaxseed pizza dough, or a moist protein bread? Take a look at our Food journal section to find many healthy and delicious recipes that you can both follow and modify; you just have to replace the flour we use with this one. But remember that linseed flour binds much more strongly than gluten-rich flour, which means that, in general, you should add a bit more liquid to you dough until you obtain a texture that satisfies you. Our flour is also ideal for thickening sauces and replacing eggs! What are you waiting for! Buy a kilo of our miracolous flaxseed flour and have fun with experimenting in your kitchen!

What is the KoRo price chart?
In this chart, you can see the price per base unit (mainly 100g). In addition, you will learn the reason for a price reduction or increase by clicking on the information circles. -
Why is the price fluctuating?
Most annual product crops have an impact on the relationship between supply and demand in the market. In the event of a bad harvest, we must also pay a higher price for raw materials. Due to the strong impact of external factors such as wind, weather, climate and natural events on the harvest, we are refusing long-term cross-harvest contracts with our producers. -
Why are we communicating price changes at KoRo?
Open communication is very important to us and therefore part of our vision. For this reason, we would like to keep you informed of the evolution of our prices. Thus, the KoRo price chart provides a transparent overview of the evolution of the products prices over time.
