Was ist das Besondere am Crunchy Bio Granola mit Nüssen?

Statt viel zu süßem Hafer-Crunch wollten wir ein Granola kreieren, das dem Namen auch gerecht wird! Und weil Granola selbstgemacht am besten schmeckt, haben wir eines kreiert, dass genau so schmeckt! Unser Bio Nuss Granola mischen wir aus Haferflocken, Nüssen und Kernen. Statt Zucker oder Honig verwenden wir Dattelpulver und Reissirup in unserem Rezept. Bedeutet für Dich: Adios, Raffinadezucker, hello, veganes Knusper-Granola! Jetzt fehlt nur noch eine gute Prise Zimt und Salz, bevor die Mischung von Hand aufs Blech gepresst wird. Dann ab in den Stikkenofen und nach ein paar Minuten weht uns nussig-zimtiger Duft in die Nase und das Granola ist bereit für die 1 kg-Vorteilspackung! Nein, unser Granola ist nicht zuckerfrei. Es enthält aber keinen raffinierten Zucker, falls Du das meinst. Wir verwenden also keinen weißen Raffinadezucker, sondern setzen auf Dattelpulver und Reissirup.

Unser Granola enthält nur Zutaten, die von Natur aus kein Gluten enthalten. Trotzdem kann es je nach Anbaugebiet bei der Ernte oder Verarbeitung zu unwissentlichen Kontaminationen mit glutenhaltigem Getreide kommen. Bei uns gilt: Safety First! Deswegen deklarieren wir das Granola nicht als glutenfrei.
