Peanut mousse - or, more precisely, peanut butter - has been celebrated by our American friends as a part of the famous Peanut Butter and Jelly duo for a long time. And here, too, peanuts are very popular with young and old.
Contrary to peanut butter, peanut mousse does not contain any added salt and no added sugar - it is made solely from peanuts kernels. The peanut kernels come from controlled organic cultivation and are processed according to appropriate conditions.
Peanut mousse is a great bread spread and can also be used as something to dip your fruit in. It is so creamy and tasty that it is also excellent for adding into sauces and dips, as well as as an extra ingredient in the muesli or smoothies, as well as for baking.

It tastes very good like peanuts, but always mix 1/5 into about coconut oil, so that it doesn't run down from the stulle and tastes a bit smoother (but with every peanut butter and every almond paste it's so that I add coconut oil).

Too bad, this cream was no longer on sale a few weeks ago. So I ordered another brand (which is also unsalted and unsugared, but roasted much too much), but no comparison to Koro's mush. I'll only buy these from Koro.
ps. I always mix some coconut oil under it, in about 1 part coconut oil to 5 parts peanut butter. Then nothing sticks together while eating ;) - has nothing to do with quality, but is always the same with peanuts. Maybe you could mix it with some coconut oil during production.

Schade, diese Creme war vor ein paar Wochen nicht mehr im Angebot. Habe daher eine andere Marke geordert (die ist zwar auch ungesalzen und ungezuckert, aber viel zu stark geröstet), aber kein Vergleich zum Mus von Koro. Ich werde nur noch diese von Koro kaufen.
ps. Ich mische immer etwas Kokosöl drunter, in etwa 1 Teil Kokosöl zu 5 Teilen Erdnussbutter. Dann verklebt nichts beim Essen ;) - hat aber nichts mit der Qualität zu tun, sondern ist immer bei Erdnusmus so. Vielleicht könnte man das ja schon in der Produktion so mit etwas Kokosöl mischen.
