I used to have a dehydrator myself. At that time I put a lot of emphasis on raw food quality. My pineapple I have never dried over 42 ° C. I can't say for sure, but these pineapple slices give me the impression that they were not dried above 42°C. In any case, they taste really delicious. I can give here a very clear purchase recommendation, because 1kg self-dried pineapple with the associated time expenditure, are easily worth 20, - €.

When opening the bag irresistible pineapple smells against you. And indeed - the content of the (big) bag (1kg!) not only smells like FRESH pineapple but also tastes like freshly cut pineapple! How do they manage to do that? :-)
