
Ingredients
- Flaxseed flour : 1 tbsp.
- Water : 1 tbsp.
- Whole spelt flour : 1.5 cups
- Peanut flour : 1 cup
- Tartaric baking powder : 1 tsp
- Baking soda: 0.5 tsp
- Ground Ceylon cinnamon: 1 tsp.
- Ripe bananas : 3 pieces
- Unsweetened apple pulp : 0.5 cup
- Sugar or syrup (e.g. maple syrup, coconut blossom sugar, etc.): 2.5 tsp.
- vanilla: 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable drink : 0.75 cup
- Apple cider vinegar : 1 tbsp.
Optional: chocolate, fruit, raisins, nuts,...
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flaxseed meal and water as egg substitute.
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients.
Step 3
Mix vegetable drink with apple cider vinegar.
Step 4
Mix egg substitute, dry and liquid ingredients.
Step 5
Then mash bananas with a fork and mix them in as well.
Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
Step 7
Cool and enjoy.
