- Rolled oats: 0.5 cup
- coconut drink: 0.75 cup
- ripe banana: 1 piece
- dates: 3 pieces
- peanut butter: 1 tbsp.
- Peanuts (unsalted): 1 tbsp.
- chocolate drops / chopped chocolate: 1 tbsp.
- salt: 1 pinch
Put oatmeal, peanut butter, salt, banana, coconut drink and dates in a bowl and blend everything.
Pour into a nice container, refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, garnish with peanuts and chocolate drops.
