Cranberries are one of our favourite product! If you are also a fan, you will love our freeze-dried cranberries surely as much as we do. Because of the very careful drying process, all the vitamins are still contained in the end product.
Cranberries have their origin in Asia, Europe and North America.
Fresh from the bush they normally taste a bit sour but while drying them out they loose their sourness and instead taste sweet. They are the go to for your breakfast oatmeal and are also a nice addition in your smoothie.
Cranberries are an ideal snack for in between meals or as a topping for your muesli. If you're not a fan of the freeze- dried version because they might be a bit to hard for you, just soak them in your Muesli or yogurt and you are good to go.

The cranberries are exactly as I expected them. Very light, great for garnishing smoothie bowls or to snack on if you like it sour. I love that no additional sweetener was used. If you prefer it sweet I would rather not take the freeze-dried version, however. For me, however, it was exactly what I was looking for.
Another plus point for me is the resealable bag in which the cranberries were delivered.

Although they are quite sour, the cranberries also taste pure to me. In combination with nuts they are perfect. I love this mouthfeel; airy light, crunchy firm and highly aromatic taste! For me also great as a healthy snack for work or school.

I don't like them as they are because plain cranberries are too tart for me. I grind them into a powder and it is delicious on ice cream, white cheese etc...
