Ingredients for 1 Jar:
- 1 Table Spoon Cocoa drops
- 250g Natural yogurt
- 1 Tea Spoon Coconut Blossom Sugar (Syrup)
- 1 Tea Spoon Macadamia Mousse
- 1 Table Spoon Blueberry Marmalade
- Puffed Quinoa
Let the cocoa drops melt in a water bath. Afterwards take a spoon and drizzle the chocolate around the jar. Then let the jar rest and the chocolate harden for at least 30min in the fridge. Mix the yogurt, coconut blossom sugar and macadamia mousse and fill 2/3 of the mixture in the jar. Use the blueberry marmalade as an in between layer and top up the jar with the rest of the yogurt. Decorate the jar with berries, puffed quinoa and macadamia mousse and enjoy.
