Granola Banana Bread

You can’t decide what to eat for breakfast? Your choices are granola or banana bread and both of them taste seriously good? The good news is you don’t need to decide between the two of them any longer!



  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 60g soft dates
  • 4tbsp almond butter
  • 9tbsp water
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 230g whole grain flour
  • some granola


Combine the bananas and dates until a pulp is produced. Now add the almond butter and the water and stir well. Add in the cinnamon, vanilla protein and baking soda, Then gradually add the flour until you have a smooth dough. Put the dough into a baking form, smooth it and sprinkle some granola on top. Make sure the granola is well spread. Finally bake the bread at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Now it's time to enjoy
