Creamy Quinoa with Pumpkin

Finally pumpkin time arrived. After your long walk through the beautiful autumn landscape with its colourful leaves, our quinoa with pumpkin will warm you from the inside. It’s just can’t be missed for a perfect cosy evening at home.

Preparation

Cut the pumpkin in little cubes and season them with salt, pepper, rosemary and cumin. Afterwards put the pumpkin for 30 min in the oven at a temperature of 180°C. 
In the meantime you can wash the quinoa and let it cook for 15 min. If you realise that the water is evaporated beforehand, just put a bit more in. Now mix the sesame mousse and the nutritional yeast with the quinoa. Add the pumpkin and maybe some more salt and pepper and enjoy.
