
Ingredients
- oats: 55 g
- corn starch: 15 g
- poppy seeds: 5 g
- coconut drink: 250 ml
- coconut yoghurt: 100 g
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- lemon peel: 0.5 tsp
- lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- sweetener (for instance erythritol): 1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together the oats with corn starch, poppy seeds, salt and the lemon peels. Then let it simmer in the coconut drink and some water (50-150ml depending on the cooking time and the desired consistency) until it becomes creamy.
Step 2
Stir in most of the yoghurt, the lime juice and sweeten.
Step 3
Top with the remaining yoghurt and serve.
