- Red lentils: 30 g
- Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp.
- Salt: 1 pinch(s)
- Water: 90 ml
- Berries: 30 g
- Banana: 1 piece
- milk: 50 g
- Nut puree: 2 tsp
- Cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- oat flakes: 20 g
- Berry curd/yoghurt: 3 tbsp.
- Berries & puffed quinoa: 1 handful
Bring lentils to a boil in water, vinegar and salt until soft but still firm to the bite.
Blend berries, banana, cinnamon, milk and lemon with a little water and nut puree.
Mix berry milk with the oatmeal.
Add mixture to lentils and let swell. Add a little water if needed. I don't like my porridge too mushy - but that's a matter of taste.
Top with yogurt, more berries, banana and puffed quinoa and enjoy!
