- cashews: 75 g
- potatoes: 500 g
- carrots: 175 g
- onions: 1 piece(s)
- garlic clove: 1 piece(s)
- rice milk: 125 ml
- turmeric: 1 tsp
- paprika powder: 0.5 tsp
- nutmeg: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- pepper: 0.5 tsp
- vegan grated cheese: 200 g
- spelt wheat pasta: 250 g
Preparation
Step 1
Let the cashews soak in hot water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and the carrots and cook them.
Step 3
Cook the pasta, drain it and put it into a casserole dish.
Step 4
Cut the onions and the garlic into small pieces and lightly braise them in some coconut oil.
Step 5
Drain the potatoes and carrots and blend them together with the other ingredients.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix everything together.
Step 7
Afterwards sprinkle the cheese over the mass and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
