
Ingredients
- flour: 200 g
- coconut milk: 0.5 can(s)
- coconut oil: 2 tsp
- agave syrup: 80 ml
- chocolate drops: 40 g
- baking powder: 1 tsp
- sea salt: 1 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 200 °C.
Step 2
Stir together all of the ingredients except for the chocolate and the sea salt. Shape 12 cookies out of the resulting dough.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a baking tray and then add the chocolate drops and the sea salt on top. Press both lightly into the dough so that they won't fall out.
Step 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes and simply keep an eye out for when the cookies start to become slightly browned around the edges and the chocolate is beginning to melt.
Step 5
Let the cookies cool off and harden or eat them right away when they're still warm - delicious!
