- haricot beans: 600 g
- peanut butter: 60 g
- Medjool dates: 200 g
- maple syrup: 70 g
- baking powder: 2 tsp
- rice protein: 60 g
- vanilla aroma: 1 tsp
Pit the dates and let them soak in hot water for about two hours. Drain the haricot beans.
Douse the dates after they've been soaked in and drain them as well.
Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Add all of the ingredients except for the baking powder into a bowl and puree them until they form a firm and creamy mass. Stir in the baking powder and pour the batter into a baking form.
Add toppings according to your liking.
Place the blondies into the oven and bake them for about 20 - 25 minutes. Let them fully cool off afterwards.
