- very ripe bananas: 3 piece(s)
- rapeseed oil: 80 g
- salt: 1 pinch(es)
- vanilla aroma: 1 tsp
- cane sugar: 120 g
- chopped walnuts: 70 g
- baking powder: 1 pack(s)
- spelt flour: 250 g
- margarine / coconut fat: 0.5 tsp
Coat a baking pan with margarine or coconut fat and pre-heat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
Mash the bananas and stir them together with the oil, salt and vanilla aroma.
Coarsely chop the walnuts (set a few aside for later) and together with sugar stir them into the banana mixture.
Sift the flour and the baking powder together and stir them into the banana mixture as well.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and garnish with the previously set aside walnuts after you've chopped them more finely.
Bake for about 50 minutes in your oven.
Enjoy together with some marmelade or almond butter!
