- oats: 35 g
- flax seeds: 10 g
- oat-based milk: 120 ml
- water: 100 ml
- pudding powder vanilla: 20 g
- protein powder vanilla: 20 g
- bananas: 0.5 piece(s)
- erythritol: 1 tsp
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
Bring the oats and flax seeds together with milk and water to a boil and then let it simmer.
Stir the pudding and the protein powder together with 100 ml of water and then add them to the porridge.
Bring the porridge under constant stirring once more to a boil until its texture becomes thick.
For the caramelised bananas: Cut the banana into small pieces and sweat them in a pan together with some oil, erythritol and cinnamon.
Pour the porridge into a bowl, top it off with some banana, blueberries, almond butter and date and hazelnut spread and enjoy!
