- cooked Hokkaido: 300 g
- protein powder (e.g. hemp, rice etc.): 20 g
- cinnamon: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- brown almond butter: 25 g
- fresh berries: 0.5 handfull
Chop the Hokkaido into small pieces, cook it and then puree it.
Add the protein powder, the cinnamon and the salt.
Pour it into a bowl and top it off with berries and almond butter.
