- spelt flakes, ground into small pieces: 50 g
- almonds, ground into small pieces: 50 g
- almond butter: 1 tbsp
- date paste: 1.5 tbsp
- strawberries, frozen or ground: 20 g
- cocoa butter: 50 g
- coconut oil: 2 tbsp
Heat the cocoa butter and the coconut oil in a pot on a low heat setting or in a bain marie and then let them cool off. Stir them together with the remaining ingredients.
Knead balls out of the resulting mass and let them rest in your fridge for at least an hour.
