A delicious, spicy dip for nachos or baguette. If you like, you can also spice the dip a little hotter.
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
First wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Then peel the garlic and chop it into fine pieces as well.
Peel the avocados first and then put them in a bowl with the garlic and mix everything well.
- You can also use a blender.
- Then add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix everything again.
At the end you add the tomato pieces and mix everything again.
It tastes even better when it's a little bit cooked.
